Before anything else
Give me something to build.
Shout one out. Anything you'd want on a screen. I'll start it now and it runs while we talk.
Running
It's going. We'll come back to it at the end.
If it falls over, you'll see that too. That's the point of doing it live.
Quickly, so you know why to listen
Everything I do goes through Claude.
on AI tooling since May. Claude, OpenAI, Cursor.
on a PC built to run it faster.
tokens through the API in five weeks.
automated calls I never watched.
a day, every day, since March.
I built that.
The AI Visibility Check you just saw. The StudioCanal census. The page you're looking at. Nobody wrote any code, me included.
Your ideas
I asked all of you what you'd hand over. Most of it already exists.
Tom · Commercial Director
Pulling receipts and paid invoices for bookkeeping. About an hour a month. Adobe hides them somewhere in the back end.
Already running
FinanceInbox runs daily at 19:00. It watches Gmail for invoices, converts them to GBP and writes them into the ledger. I haven't typed a transaction by hand since July.
And the hole it had
Coverage equals the inbox, so a vendor that never emails a receipt is invisible. 9 of 18 went missing from one vendor and it cost me £404 before I noticed.
The offer
A monthly browser sweep for the ones that never email. You log in once and it does the rest.
Tom · Commercial Director
The sales spreadsheet, pulling from Attio. I spent a lot of time and credits and it didn’t deliver anything useful.
Already running
The client tracker is a live Google Sheet, fed on a schedule from an external system, that people actually open. I've built it three times for three clients.
Honestly
I haven't built it on Attio. I've built this exact shape, and the hard part was never the source.
Lisa · Head of Delivery
Some of the solutioning is quite poor. Sometimes absolute gibberish. I think its sources are out of date.
You're right
They are. It's answering from memory, because nobody has put the current Shopify docs in front of it.
Now
Let me show you. Two minutes.
Lisa · Head of Delivery
I have a product migration skill. Jose has a better version. Mine is a bit basic compared to his.
The actual problem
The best version of a skill Superco owns is on a laptop in Valencia, and the Head of Delivery in London can't get at it.
The offer
One place where skills live and everyone pulls from. Jose’s becomes yours next week.
Sophie · Content and strategy
The first draft usually sounds very robotic. I want it to ask me the questions rather than the other way round.
Already running
A voice built mechanically from a corpus of 128 real posts, measured from the actual writing rather than described in a tone-of-voice paragraph. It sounds like a person because it was made from one.
The offer
Superco has years of published work, which is a corpus. And a skill that interviews you before it writes a word.
Rachel · Marketing and partnerships
Find the out-of-office replies from people who have left, see if they name someone else, and reply to the event leads automatically.
Good news
That's a sequencer feature, and the one you're moving to has it built in. It never needed a model.
The offer
I'm setting it up anyway. It'll just be on.
Rachel · Client services
I use it to sense-check anything going externally. Not to write it. That has to come from me.
Already running
The copy gate reads a draft against a written standard and tells you what's wrong. The writing stays yours.
The offer
Same pattern with your standard, and your boundary stays exactly where you put it.
Farah · Helix Health
A one-to-two page proposal from a template with the exact services. An easier way to do NDAs. A pitch deck that doesn’t eat credits.
Already running
A document pipeline where one spec file produces the plain-text review copy and the branded docx, so they can never drift apart.
The offer
Your template, your services, one file. The deck is the same idea in a different shape.
Juliet · Head of Growth
Just being able to pick up the phone when I want to.
Honestly
That's a data problem, and the numbers already exist. They're just not in front of you.
The offer
An enrichment lookup wired to the list. Name in, number out.
If you want yours, grab an hour with me this week.
I'll tailor it to how you actually work. I'm promising a look at what exists and a plan, and I'm not promising it's instant.
How mine runs
Six files and a habit.
The parts I'd show a friend
Things that run without me.
Make whatever you want
Four steps, and none of them needs a terminal.
CLAUDE.md in the project folder. Cowork reads it first, every time.Or send me the thing you want built, and I'll run mine on it.
Step four is the part people skip. I've got a loop that does it: it writes the scoring rubric before the build exists, so the check can't be bent to fit what got made. You get it back with the score.
Back to the start
So. Did it work?
That's it
Ask me anything.
This page was made the same way. It's yours to keep, and it reads on its own.
